It's only possible if the accounts are POP accounts. IMAP accounts, like Gmail & Hotmail etc. always create their own folders.

Gmail is POP not IMAP
Thanks for pointing that out. I edited the post in question.

Once again I have to apologize; it seems it's better for me to stay out from WLM related issues. I use Outlook and exchange mail system, this thread showed to me I can not give advice in WLM issues thinking how it was in OE or Windows Mail. WLM is completely something else.

Like I mentioned in my earlier post, I would give negative rep for me if it was possible.

Do not be so hard on yourself. You have given so many good, helpful advice, that much more than compensates for this one small oversight. Keep up the good work Kari, every member knows that you are a true asset.

It is a step back! If you keep the quick view you have all inbox so you can view a
combined inbox. Why not a combined deleted items folder? It does take awhile to
clean deleted, sent and junk folders separately.

Importing mail accounts from Live Mail to Outlook 2007

Live Mail - e-mail accounts
I am running a W7 upgrade from Vista Home Premium. This is a large jump since on the computer I just retired I was running Outlook Express 6. I liked the fact that in OE I had one list of folders, and one inbox, deleted and sent folders on the left column. In Live Mail each e-mail account (5) I...
