| | Is your video driver up to date? Or are you using the default one that got installed? Scrolling in IE is done via a video driver accelleration call. In bad cases it can make the computer crash when you scroll if the driver is bugged. |

| | I dont need to clean install it -.- i have done this many times... i have even clean installed 7 to try sort this out... The video driver is up to date but i think it still maybe related to it.. |
