IE keeps flashing!

    Garrett, there is nothing wrong with using FireFox. If you can live with using a different browser such as FF, it will do everything that IE can do and somethings better. Otherwise I would try the link provided by rich.

    No luck still flashing when i use the scroll bar and images flash!

    I use programs that rely on ie!

    it worked when i had xp, ever since i upgraded to 7 it no longer works =[

    Based upon everything, it seems like corruption, try this

    Go to start>type sfc>do not hit enter>right click and run as administrator

    In cmd type sfc /scannow. See if that helps.

    That will not load for me, it comes up for a brief second and then dissappears =/

    If you use programs that rely on IE to run they probably have add-ons for IE, and depending on what version you had before of IE, they may not run on the newest version of IE. This may not be your issue but it is an option of why they may not work, have you tried fully resetting IE and/or running IE without add-ons running?

    I dont currently have the program installed.... i just need ie fully working!

    it didnt work from the fresh install of 7!
