Hello daftdeb, welcome to Seven Forums!
I don't mean to correct you but when I went to that pogo (purely as an experiment for you) it said I didn't have Java installed so I followed the links provided and downloaded and then installed Java to my machine and in less than 3 minutes I was playing different games from them so it can't be Windows 7, are you sure you actually have Java installed on your PC?
PS. Now I'm going to logoff and use the restore point I created to remove Java. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number * BFK Customs * OS W 7 64-bit Ultimate CPU Intel Q9550 Yorkfield Motherboard ASUS P5Q Pro Memory 8GB Dominator 8500C5D Graphics Card ATI : XFX 5870 Sound Card Realtek HD Audio 7-1 Monitor(s) Displays 1x 47" LCD HDMI & 3x 26" LCD HDMI Screen Resolution 1920x1080P & 1920x1200 Keyboard Microsoft 500 Mouse Razer Diamondback 3G PSU Corsair 620HX Case Cooler Master RC-690 Cooling Tuniq Tower 120, 2x 140mm and 3x 120mm case fans Hard Drives 1x 80GB Intel X25-M G2 SSD : 1x 500GB & 1x 640GB WD Caviar Black(s) Internet Speed 14 Mb/s Other Info 1x Koutech 3Gb/s SATA HDD Hot Swap Rack |

well Pogo had a test that said my java was installed and working but when I went to the games it said it wasn't installed..I got on with tech support and she told me to dl firefox browser which actually solved all the above problems,,if I open firefox I can get the news clips and watch trailers and play games in pogo..if I try those things with IE they still don't work..and the tech checked to make sure my java was on in IE so it's all very weird and somehome browser related,,though I used this version of IE with xp and had no troubles..I guess using firefox when I want to do those things isn't such a big deal. Thanks for all your suggestions..though they didn't work lol | My System Specs | | |

Might also reset IE, and try downloading flash and pogo site again. Internet Explorer - Reset
Could also turn off protected mode in IE to test. Restart the browser, and see if it does anything.
