    Website Failed To Run

I'm trying to log into askmehelpdesk.com and I keep getting a yellow banner on the top.... an add-on for this website failed to run. Check the security settings in internet options for potential conflicts. I've tried adding the website to my "safe" website list. I don't know what to do.

    Please Help,
    Scott

No. I just tried FireFox and it worked. Is there a way I can fix it in IE8?

Works fine for me, try clearing your history and see if that helps.

EDIT: Are you using 32bit or 64bit I.E?

Download Ccleaner and try to make a clean in your temporary files, this may help.
Try to install the IE8 again, and verify the level of security of the browser and set to "default"

No, CCleaner didn’t work. It’s no big deal. Thank you though for all your help.

    Try to use FixWin
    Download the Attachement
    - Run FixWin
    - Go to Internet & Connectivity
    - Reset internet explorer settings to default configuration

let us know if it works for you
