Windows 7 - 64bit 32bit internet explorers and flash drivers

Recently bought a new dell laptop and was working with no problems at all.
had problems with my internet provider and they had to reset my router etc etc and from now i cannot run chrome or firefox or my 32bit internet explorer. only my 64 bit explorer works which means my flash player will not work in 64bit .
any ideas people? thanks so much

Try this.
Run CMD as admin. At the prompt, type the following command.

netsh winsock reset

Hit enter. Restart your computer.

You mean they won't even launch? Or they can't browse?

Sorry but we are going to need a ton more information. What are your system specs? what is your network setup? Have y ou re-booted your computers since you reset your router? Can you access the routers web page?
