    This is weird.

Check your mouse settings in your control panel. Sounds like your not setup correctly.

I tried a couple of words, I tried a link to another site, all I get is a little blue box with a arrow in it.
    It works in here
    Do you mean this:

    Copy & Paste in IE.-ie8_accelerators.png

It is a shortcut to IE8 accelerators. When you choose or highlight something in IE8, clicking this symbol allows you to sent the higlighted content to different applications called accelerators.

Copied and pasted from your post, using IE8:

Have a look at the tutorial at the link below to see if it'll find any corrupt files to start.

SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

When you have highlighted some text, move the pointer back on top of the highlighted text (not on top of that arrow symbol!) and right click. Context menu opens, and you can copy.

Clicking (right or left) that arrow just gives you a list of available accelerators.

I ran the scan and there isn't anything wrong, I know how to C&P I been using a PC for 9 years now, I tried 2 different wireless mice, (expensive ones too) :) It worked for one second a little while ago but then it wouldn't paste what I copied...

I also can't install my software for my Wireless Internet Card I get a "Error Executing File , D:\utility\setup.exe , The Requested Operation Requires Elevation".
