contacts from windows 7 to microsoft outlook

Hi - I managed somehow to get my contacts (address book) moved from my old computer (Outlook Express) and they now appear under "contacts" in windows on this new computer.
Can anyone tell me how to move them to Office Outlook now? Thanks!

Yes - I managed to create a vcard file on my desktop with all my contacts. I am trying to import this whole file into Outlook. I can do it contact by contact but there should be a way to "select all" or "highlight all".
That is what I can't figure out at the moment. I don't want to do 500 contacts individually.
