Corp setup WIN7 IE8 Bluecoat Web Filtering -no internet

Can anyone tell me why IE8 or Windows 7 might try to use the computer name to access the internet instead of the person whos logged on username. Attached is a screen shot from the denied page that I get. We are on a corporate network using blue coat web filtering. As you can see from the screenshot that our webfilter is denying my website request. I think the reason that its doing that is becuase its showing my computer name as my user name. THe characters r8071zg is not my username. We use bluecoat just fine on WIN XP. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
