    Safari Browser

    HI All,
    Bit cheeky to ask me thinks but has anyone else had a problem with Safari ??. Yesterday mine stopped working and I can't get it to work. I have done a clean install and it does all the Biz but when I try to open it I get a Safari failed to launch box come up which tells my copy is missing important software.Please reinstall Safari. Well I have tried the repair option, no go, I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times but alas still no. It has to be something I'm not doing as safari works on my laptop.
    Any idea's ????
    cheers
    Paul

    Have you tried doing a system restore to a point before the problem started?

    something like that happened to me.. i solved it..
    Well i Think there is some problem with Registry..
    Uninstall Safari
    goto Start-->regedit
    search safari and delete all registry items that come up..

    Alternatively, you can uninstall it from a software..RevoUninstaller
    Hope that works ..
    It worked for me..:)

    Yep, and that is the reason that I don't see the reason why people shut this feature off. You might not use it often...but even using it once, makes it beneficial. You can adjust how much disk space it consumes if you are really worried about your disk usage.
