Live Mail sign in.?

    Live Mail sign in.?


    Up until the latest round of updates, my Sign in always remembered my password for 7 days, all well and good, I can live with that, now its wanting a password every time I want access.

    WHY ?.

    Yes the Remember box is ticked.

    I didn't notice about the updates because this is a fresh install. MSN home page is doing the same thing. Tried cleaning out all cookies then signing in checking remember box to no avail. Annoying enough to move start page.

Is there a way to eliminate the "Sign in to Windows Live Mail" screen? I do not want to select the "Remember me" box.
Used Live mail without signing in to live-ID. All contacts were stored locally.Fine. But then i signed in to Live -ID out of curiosity. Decided that this was not what i wanted, but contacts are not available unless i sign in. How can I go back to the old situation and have my contacts locally...
