How about trying another browser? Are you sure it is not the website?

    Hi,
thanks for taking the time to reply. I opened another user account on my computer & it works fine on that with Firefox that I was already using? There must be a problem with my other user account for some unknown reason. It just won't do as I ask, but works fine on the new user account? I have done a spybot check & a Tune up 1 click maintenance & there are no problems that I can see. It is just that account that has stopped working properly on ebaY?? Now I'll have to move all my info to the new account so I'm in for a busy day!! Thanks again, I appreciate your help.
    Kind regards,
    Annie Diamond.

Annie, try using windows easy transfer to make your job much easier. I used it when I went to 7 from Vista, it was great. Do not forget to backup first.
