    When I click on a link in an email, it opens in notepad instead of taking me to the web site ??

    Hello there. Try to Restore Default URL File Types. Default File Type Associations - Restore

Wll, new to the forum but hopefully someone can help. I have Windows 7 Home Premium. In repairing the flashplayer problem, I must have disabled whatever system administrator privilege there is which allows one to click on links within word documents, websites, email etc. to go to other web pages....

i'm having trouble clicking on links in emails with wlm 2011. they only work if i change my default browser to ie8. this is not what i want - my fave browser is chromeplus. i know it's a bit of an unusual browser, but the rest of windows is happy with it being my default, it's only wlm...
