Can I import from Windows Mail to Outlook?

Can I import from Windows Mail to Outlook when I have already installed Windows 7 (I have a backup from windows mail, but not as a PST file).

Or will I have to roll back the windows 7 installation? If so, how do I do this?

Thanks

Thank you for this information. I am planning to upgrade from Vista (32-bit) to Windows 7 -- migrating my Windows Mail has been a major concern. I'm thinking that I'll first migrate my email over to Outlook, THEN upgrade to Windows 7.
