Windows 7: 2 Errors I am wondering about....

2 Errors I am wondering about....

Ok, first of all, hello to the Windows 7 forum. . But lets get into the errors I have been getting.
The first one is

"There was a problem sending the command to the program"

I got it from trying to do an energy report I saw at (Create an energy use report in Windows 7 with powercfg | TechRepublic Photo Gallery) and so once I do all that, and try to open up the HTML file (using FireFox) I get the above error, and I get the FF load error window, and for some reason, it opens twice. Any help with that? I filled out my computer specs in the sign-up, so I hope it comes up as my sig, and if not, it would be on my profile. (It opens at this directory file:///C:/Windows/System32/energy-report.html)

And of course, I have another error, that I've been seeming to get for a while, with Dreamweaver (Adobe support sucks...), where everytime I try to preview in browser I get the error "The requested operation requires elevation." It happens in CS4 and CS5. But when I go to where I saved the file and open it up, it works fine.

Any help would be greatly greatly appreciated.
