    Live Mail Refresh

How do I do a manual 'refresh'(check the incoming server) in Windows 7 Live Mail?

Is there a way to set a time interval to re-check?

Or do I have to close then open mail everytime?

    Glad to help

Tools, options, general. Then just look for the time setting

    Wish you luck

    Thanks Richard...

    I'll look for that.

So, there is no 'manual' refresh like in Outlook Express('view','refresh')?

Actually, I miss the same thing. I just set it for automatic, Every hour. The timing is up to you.
Just like everything else, progress is not always best.
I would not be surprised, however if someone comes along and knows how to do it manually.

There is no "Windows 7 Live Mail". Win 7 comes with no email program.
Windows Live mail can be used on XP, Vista, or Windows 7.

The "Send/Receive" function is now called "Sync" or "Sync Everything".

I can manually refresh Windows Live Mail, but at Tools, I do not get "options>general" in order to set up an automatic interval. Can anyone help.
