I should have mentioned last night that i dusted off IE and it seemed fine, which is what led me to suspect a problem with Firefox.

Everything has been cranking along just fine all day today, though. Guess it's just one of those things.

All is fine here. Noticed that my laptop slowed to a crawl for about a minute after the update. IE, Opera, FF & Chrome. All of em' slowed. We are talking about Windows, right?
