odd flash player issue
Hello all, I've looked at quite a few of the Flash Player posts, but none seem to help. I have a 1-month old Dell Zino with Windows 7. My son and daughter both have user accounts on it. Both accounts have administrator rights that seem to be identical (I think that's going to be the key somehow).
In my son's account, he can open the Chrome browser, go to Facebook, click on the video button, and the webcam will activate and he can record video to send to friends.
In my daughter's account, she opens the Chrome browser, goes to Facebook, clicks on the video button, and she gets a blank box that states that Adobe Flash Player's privacy settings won't allow it. However, the little Flash Player window that gives this message won't allow you to click anywhere on it.
I've gone to Adobe and used the settings tool to make sure that the Flash Player's settings allow Facebook. I've looked in the Control Panel > Programs, and both my daughter's and son's accounts show Flash Player 10.1 is installed. I even uninstalled it and reinstalled it with the same result-- works on my son's user account but not my daughter's. And in both user accounts, I get the same results in IE8 as well as Firefox.
Which leads me back to the user accounts. Both accounts state they have Administrator rights, and my daughter's is even the original account (my son's was added manually by me). Any thoughts out there as to what I might look for (and where) with the user accounts to compare and see what's different?
Thanks!
