IE8 crashed for other users than myself

When I am logged in and use IE8 everything works like a charm.
But when my girlfriend logs in, IE8 crashes immediatly after starting it.

    Any ideas?

    Try this in her account

    Internet Explorer - Reset

    tools>internet options>advanced>reset
That will remove the addons and potential problem

Does not work? At least for a test try Chrome or Firefox or whatever.

I can't get to the tools menu. As soon as IE8 starts, the dialog appears that it has
    stopped working.

Start Menu/Accessories/System Tools/Internet Explorer (No Add-ons). Then, if that opens it OK you can do the reset.
