Images/Web page links not displaying! HELP!

Yesterday everything was great. This morning there are no images in emails and when I click on links in main webpages to other pages, the link pages display as plain text and no HTML. Even my hotmail page is simple text.

Whatever happened it has happened to both my home networked computers. I have done no downloads or updates or changes in about 5 days so I can't figure out what happened or how to fix it?

Please help!

Maybe so. Also, had a firmware update to my router and had to redo the security settings so maybe that was a factor. Things seem to be back to normal this morning.

Thank you, roncerr, for responding to my frantic post.
