    Mail send problem

I use windows 7, and have a very specific problems.
I have two PCs (one table and the other laptop) and the problem occurs in both.
Some times (not always) I can't send or reply to mails.
I am using explorer 8 to read and send mails on Yahoo.
When trying to send or reply to mails the browser seems to try to send for some time untilr it fails. (it looks like there is no connection or the connection is too slow). I checked the network speed and it is 2.5 Mbit download and 200Kbit upload.
When the problem just started I was adviced to reinstall the network driver, I did so and it solved the problem for a while, but then the problem returned.

Later I was advised that it might be connected to the FLASH SW, I reinstalled the FLASH and the problem disappered (temporarly?) on the table PC, but remained on the laptop.

I do not feel any other problem with the networking.

Can someone advise me. Please detail your advice as much as possible since I have only limited understanding in computers.

    Thanks

    luash,
Adobe Flash does not have win 7 64 bit updated yet.
    Maybe awhile.
That may be whats causing the problem. IMO

Ok the test confirms your speed, download is fast enough, but upload seems slow here are mine.Mail send problem-speed.png

The problem has to be something in common with both computers. I will research to see if I can find something about minimum speed needed for good mail performance.

IE that you have is for both 32 and 64.

I might suggest, uninstall flash for a while and see what happens. Just to see that it is not that.
Use the FlashUninstaller. Although the site seems to be having a problem for me at the moment.

If this issue is happening on 2 different systems though. I might start looking at hardware, such as the modem.

Since this is with a Website. Have you tried clearing Cookie, Temp Inet files?
Can you setup an email account on say, Live.com and test from there? This could be a Yahoo Mail site issue. May be a specific issue with you only. Hard to say.
