    Internet Explorer is not responding

My computer is a little over 2 years old and I have found out that around this time the Internet starts to screw up with a lot of other things which in part could be my ISP. About 10 times a day I get this "Internet Explorer is not responding" what is that all about? The computer is just not doing well. I do the regular tune ups and I take care of it with backups and so forth but I think I need a new computer or just re-install the OS, or just re-build the OS from scratch or is there a good software program that could do a major tune up. I always back up my C:\ because doing anything. Maybe I need to re-install Internet Explorer but not sure how. Any suggestions.
    Thanks
    Richard

    Hello Richard,

You may have a IE add-on that may be causing this. You might see if completely resetting Internet Explorer may help.

    Hope this helps,
