Windows 7: Internet Explorer 8 Rss Feed update

Hi,

I had a few RSS feeds in my IE8 and when I have my pc turned on for a few days it does update like the settings are asking. But after 2 days IE8 won't update the RSS feeds for some reason, though I can refresh/update them manually.

If I reboot the pc the feeds automatically update.

Can anyone give any advice ??

Thanks for the help with that. It worked for 4 days and now its stopped again, plus AVG Safe Search is stopping IE8 from working correctly. If I have AVG SS enabled it freezes up the tabs and IE8 for looks like 20 - 40 secs and then carries on. But if I disable AVG SS IE8 works like it should do.

The RSS Feeds have gone back to their normal state on my pc with not updating after the fix you sent me to worked for around 4 days. I guess I'll just have to reboot the pc.

Or get rid of AVG and use MSE instead.
