    is there a way for firefox to not zoom in every page?


    hey on my windows 7 laptop firefox does not do it at all but on my windows xp desktop that i have just fixed and restored it seems to zoom in to much in a page is there a way to fix this?

    I'm not sure what you mean by "zoom in". Can you post a screenshot?

    i have to use the "bottom" or "sideways scroll bar" anyway heres a screen shot

    What resolution is your screen set at? What monitor do you have?

    i have an old samaung syncmaster 551s how do i change the screen resolution?

    As it is, Firefox is not zooming it....you just have a tiny old man resolution... O.O
    ...800x600?! Ouch...

    Control Panel>>Display>>Adjust Resolution

    Control Panel>>Appearance and Personalization>>Adjust Screen resolution

    Your monitor will do 1024x768 at 68 Hz. While most people would find that quite restrictive, it will work for simple things like email and the web. :)

    it worked but it cut part of my screen off and i could not see it.

    Since you just set up the computer, have you installed your video and monitor driver yet?
