    rash of BSODs

System has been sort-of stable but March has shown a number of BSODs. I'm pretty sure it's the video driver. The card is unsupported for Win7 and I am using the Vista driver. There may also be a RAID driver issue (again unsupported). Before I start replacing things, I'd like some of your opinions.

    Quite a few issues

1- exceeding old drivers as far back as 2004. These cannot work properly

    Code:
    SiWinAcc.sys 11/1/2004 15:23:29 fffff880`0119b000 fffff880`011a5000 0x0000a000 0x41868d31
    speedfan.sys 9/24/2006 9:26:48 fffff880`01b35000 fffff880`01b3c000 0x00007000 0x45168798
    SiRemFil.sys 10/18/2006 18:20:39 fffff880`01b76000 fffff880`01b7e000 0x00008000 0x4536a8b7
    lmimirr.sys 4/10/2007 18:32:45 fffff880`0465a000 fffff300`04661000 0xfffffa8000007000 0x461c108d
    RaInfo.sys 1/4/2008 14:57:14 fffff880`02bb3000 fffff880`02bba000 0x00007000 0x477e818a
    LMIRfsDriver.sys 7/14/2008 12:26:56 fffff880`02bba000 fffff880`02bcd000 0x00013000 0x487b7e50
    nvm62x64.sys 10/17/2008 17:01:06 fffff880`04400000 fffff880`04463d80 0x00063d80 0x48f8fd12
    Si3114r5.sys 11/21/2008 3:34:37 fffff880`0108d000 fffff880`010e0000 0x00053000 0x4926648d
    spldr.sys 5/11/2009 12:56:27 fffff880`01b2d000 fffff880`01b35000 0x00008000 0x4a0858bb
    GEARAspiWDM.sys 5/18/2009 8:17:04 fffff880`04538000 fffff880`04545000 0x0000d000 0x4a1151c0
    RTKVAC64.SYS 6/18/2009 15:37:20 fffff880`0405d000 01cbcfd2`043afd00 0x01cbd75200352d00 0x4a3a9770
2- your atdcm64.sys driver has been driver verified as the cause of several of these crashes (ati driver)

3-Memory. Several of these were caused by a memory exception. Possibly from a driver or the ram itself. I would run memtest to see which.

Download a copy of Memtest86and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder or another ISO burning program.

Boot from the CD, and leave it running for at least 5 or 6 passes.

Just remember, any time Memtest reports errors, it can be either bad RAM or a bad motherboard slot.

Test the sticks individually, and if you find a good one, test it in all slots.

4-I would also run a system file check to verify and repair system files.

Run a system file check to verify and repair your system files.
To do this type cmd in search, then right click to run as administrator, then
    SFC /SCANNOW

Read here for more information SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

Let us know the results from the report at the end.

No problems reported by memtest or sfc.

    I deleted speedfan.

The SiWinAcc.sys is the sata controller, yes? In Device Manager, the driver date is shown as 4/21/09.

A number of those listed are from LogMeIn. I have deleted the program. Also, the last BSOD in the zip file is from running Driver Verifier.
