HELP!! Win 7 Crashed. Will not boot up

My desktop (Gateway GT5465E) crashed a week ago. It would come up in safe mode with networking so I ran malwarebytes, hijackthis, and several other diagnostics. I removed over 300 malware objects, checked a validation problem and tried to run the driver verifier. It stopped running and crashed again. This time it would not come back. It was looking for a boot disk. I put in my Win 7 repair disk 32-bit. It ran the startup repair twice but could not repair it automatically. I sent the information to Windows. The details list Root cause found:

Unknown Bugcheck: Bugcheck a0. Parameters = 0x1, 0x6, 0x84dfa020, 0x0.
Repair action: system files integrity check and repair
Result: Failed. Error code = 0x490
Time taken = 1265651 ms

I have no restore points for some reason.
it cannot find a system image to use for recovery
I can access a command prompt.

Can you help me get this running again.
If I can get the Win 7 disk, will I be able to reload it?

I have run startup repair way more than 3 times and Windows will not start. I keep sending reports to Microsoft. I tried running sfc in the command prompt but get a message that a repair is pending and I need to reboot. I reboot and it comes up in the repair menu. Windows cannot repair this computer automatically message comes up - send the report - send more information -- Click finish and shut down. or veiw advan ced options. Back to recovery options none of which will work. Sfc says : "There is a system repair pending which requires reboot to complete. Restart Windows and run sfc again."
Did that 3 or 4 times. same message everytime.

I have my gateway recovery disks but cannot seem to access them.

I desperately need my computer to work. I do not have the Win 7 software disk and my recovery disk doesn't work. What can I do to fix this?

I can get to the C prompt. I can see all my files but cannot access them.

If it fails, you'll need to order Recovery Disks from Gateway or find/borrow a Win7 installer, unlock all versions if necessary to reinstall with the Product key on COA sticker. Unlock any version eicfg removal tool

I think I have a problem similar to u a few months ago, I copied all my work, files, everything to an ext HD using command prompt, then I reinstalled my OS. Took many many hours but it is better than nothing. But a few files were missing and I dun mind.

I ran the startup recovery suggested by Dave, but it still did not boot normally. The startup repair is running again and taking a lot longer than before. If it still does not fix the problem, how do I backup my files from command prompt to my external drive?

However, I cannot remember exactly the exact command to type in to copy everything. You might need to find it out yourself.

The copying for me too hours as I have around 400gb of items to copy. Make sure u have a large ext HD drive.
