Sounds like the master boot record is corrupted.
I had the same problem a while ago, and i fixed it by booting from my windows dvd, going to the recovery console and then entering "fixmbr".
It will fix the master boot record and if that is what is wrong with your pc it will make your pc boot again.

Have you tried clearing your bios?

I would download the free bootable CD of Partition Wizard. Can you boot to it? How is the drive presented?

The BIOS recognizes all the drives it just won't boot from them. I am thinking of flashing an older but one I know works on it.

Did a new bios flash precede this issue? A bios setting change ? If not, I would view the drive from a CD boot first. ALso, are you able to get into your bios? If so, is the boot priority correct?

I had pulled the RAM to clean it but other than that nothing else hardware wise. I can get into my BIOS and use the setup but it will not boot from any thing no matter how I change the boot order.
