Kernel Power 41 Lock ups/Crash/Boot offs

Hi! Upgraded my syestem not too long ago and now i am faced with this error! My pc just seems to either have a loss of power (boot off), Crash with no respsonse e.g Crtl Alt Delete or mouse unresponsive, or just lock up with a similar thing happening. Im posting on here to see if i can get some help! Going to spain tomorrow so wont reply for a week! haha, but will bump when i return! I have tried alot of things these are the following i have not!
I think it is a driver problem somewhere to be honest! (I hope) Hah!

Have not Tried these following things as i do not believe these are the issue:
Resitting Memory
Resitting Graphics card

Will attach minidump + HTML etc

Syestem Specs:
Windows 7 Ultimate x64
Intel i7 920 2.66 GHz
6GB Partiot Tripple Channel DDR3 1600 MHz ram
Nvidia GeForce PNY GTX 460
Western Digital 640 GB HDD
Addon Wireless Adaptor
Microsoft Wireless Bluetooth Desktop

Clean install of Windows 7 about a 3 weeks ago!

Hello 1Bradshaw1, Welcome to SF! Happy holiday... at least hope that's what you're going to Spain for...

There is no dumpfile in there.... so when you're back....

First, we want to make sure the computer is saving your dump files. Go to Control Panel -> System -> Advanced System Settings -> Startup and Recovery [Settings] Make sure that "Write Debugging Information" is set to Small Memory Dump (256kb) if it is not already.

Next, make sure that the folder C:\Windows\Minidump exists. If not, create it (allow permission if asked). Make sure any dumps you want to analyze, whether yours or others', are in this folder. You can ZIP/RAR the files and send them to someone else to analyze as well.
