Blue Screens playing WoW, now a Black Screen.

    Hello there.

So I got a new computer assembled about 2 weeks ago.

    Motherboard: ASRock B75M
CPU: Intel Core i3-2120 Sandy Bridge
    HDD: Samsung Spinpoint
    GPU: MSI R7770-2PMD1GD5/OC Radeon
    OS: Windows 7

Booted it up, downloaded W7 and the drivers, got Norton anti-virus, and all seemed well up until I tried downloading some games. Star Wars : Battlefront 2 gave me Blue Screens at random points, and World of Warcraft would crash about a minute into playing after I logged into a character. So I go onto the internet to try and find a cure to this when bam. Computer gets another Blue Screen and restarts.

Goes to the mobo screen, has Windows loading, and then nothing. Screen is just black. No log in for Windows or anything. So I screw around with it for a bit, turn it off using the power supply button on the back, restarting it, nothing works. It just reloads up until the log in screen should show up but never does.

I figured that my OS must've just gone to hell so I just re-installed Windows 7. Downloaded Norton instantly, then drivers. Reinstalled WoW alone just to see if it would work. Wouldn't you know it, today I get the same exact black screen problem I did the last time and for no reason I can think of. I shut it down last night, turned it on this morning and there's no log in command.

I am completely at a loss here. Any help would be appreciated.
I unfortunately can't show the Blue Screens because, well, I can't get on to them.

Windows 7 System not loading at all

So originally my problem was this:

After screwing around with some solutions and downloads from this site and nothing happening I said "screw it" and re-D/L'd Windows 7. Logged in fine the first time and immediately installed the GPU Drivers. Computer restarted to put them in, came back fine. Logged back in and put in the Mobo Drivers. This time when it did the finishing restart the computer never came back.

When I turn my computer on it flashes the mobo screen for maybe a second if I'm lucky and then the screen just goes off or loses signal. Doesn't reach the "Starting Windows" or anything.

I really need some solutions here. I can't go into Safe Mode or repair. Putting the Windows 7 CD back in on the blank screen didn't do anything either.

Can you boot the windows installer disc or not?

If you can, install it again. But if you cannot , you will need to check your hardware.

    I can't reinstall it. I can't do anything, really.
The motherboard page shows up for maybe a second if I'm lucky before the screen just goes black/loses signal. Putting in the disc does nothing.

    EDIT:
Minor breakthrough, I was recording a video of the computer loading to show my problem when the F8 button actually worked for once. I entered Safe Mode and am now downloading Windows 7 again.
I'll tell you what happens after.
