BSOD Playing youtube videos possibly after windows update

I have rebuilt a custom 2 year old system did a fresh windows 7 install home premium. All hard drives have been formatted. No old files used. Installed a new XFX 7870 card. I installed as many windows updates as it recomended including sat pack 1. I got a BSOD while watching a Youtube with Google. Avg turns up nothing. I have been useing CCleaner. Not sure if that is a no, no. If you need more info let me know. Thanks for any help.

It has happened again. This time just a frozen screen, no BSOD. I update my video driver as you recommended VistaKing.
Hopfully I have the file attached correctly this time. This is fun isn't it. I will attempt to solve this on my own, but any help would be appreciated.
