    BSOD from 'USB' driver.

Calling all resolvers, there's this blue screen I get every now and then and I just usually ignore it when it happens because I don't have anything important open at the time when it happens.
But this time it happened when I was working on something important and now I want to get rid of this once and for all.

Here's the code thing or whatever.

    Problem signature:
    Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
    OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.48
    Locale ID: 2057

    Additional information about the problem:
    BCCode: fe
    BCP1: 0000000000000008
    BCP2: 0000000000000006
    BCP3: 0000000000000005
    BCP4: FFFFFA8008775000
    OS Version: 6_1_7601
    Service Pack: 1_0
    Product: 256_1

Files that help describe the problem:
    C:\Windows\Minidump\052013-40513-01.dmp
    C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-207138-0.sysdata.xml

It's fine Dsprague, it's a OEM System Builder key.

    Let's begin the analysis:

    Code:
    BugCheck FE, {8, 6, 5, fffffa8008775000}

    Probably caused by : usbhub.sys ( usbhub!UsbhHubProcessChangeWorker+ec )
    Code:
    Usual causes: USB device driver
This bugcheck indicates that a error occurred within the USB driver. It appears that there may be some issues caused by USB Suspension.

    Code:
    Arg1: 0000000000000008, USBBUGCODE_RESERVED_USBHUB
    Arg2: 0000000000000006, USBHUB_TRAP_FATAL_TIMEOUT
    Arg3: 0000000000000005, TimeoutCode: Timeout_PCE_Suspend_Action3 - PortData->PortSuspendEvent
    Arg4: fffffa8008775000, TimeoutContext - PortData
    Update BIOS:

    Code:
    American Megatrends Inc. 0302, 26/02/2009
    Code:

    Remove (at least to test):

    Code:
    Start Menu\Programs\BUFFALO\TurboUSB
    Start Menu\Programs\BUFFALO
These performance programs usually tend to cause problems. Remove using - Revo Uninstaller Pro - Uninstall Software, Remove Programs easily, Forced Uninstall, Leftovers Uninstaller

    No active security protection?

Install and perform full scans with:

       Information
Remember to install the free version of Malwarebytes not the free trail; untick the free trial box during installation. MSE is the most lightweight and compatible with the Windows 7 operating system

You can also view this thread for a complete free and lightweight security protection combination:

There's seems to be a issue with some of the USB drivers, follow these steps:
    1. Start
    2. Type: Device Manager
    3. Expand USB Controllers
    4. Uninstall driver (for every listed device)
    5. Reboot

The drivers should now be automatically reconfigured by Windows upon reboot.

If you are using any USB devices, then remove these from the USB ports (leave keyboard and mouse), and then update all the devices with the latest drivers, including the mouse and keyboard if applicable.

    Turn off USB Suspension:
