    All three dumps seem to indicate a problem with Sacm2A.sys. This is a Scientific-Atlanta USB cable modem driver. What I really noticed is this driver is old, 2004.

    Code:
    BugCheck D1, {6, 2, 0, 8ba46b9e}

    Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\Sacm2A.sys, Win32 error 0n2
    *** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for Sacm2A.sys
    *** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for Sacm2A.sys
    Probably caused by : Sacm2A.sys ( Sacm2A+cd8 )
    Look in Device Manager and check the driver version there. If it is an old driver, check with your ISP and see if there is an updated driver available.

    Edited to add, I discovered that Scientific Atlanta is now owned by Cisco Systems. Here is a link to their website:

    Please fill out your system information. Go to your User CP at the top of the page, look in the left column and click on Edit system specs. Filling in your sepecs will help us help you.

    You can make this easier by downloading Speccy.

    Thanks for the update. Let us know whether that works or not. A 2006 driver is still mighty old - that was before Vista was released. If that driver does not work, I would strongly recommend that you get a new modem. Your modem is obsolete.
