HELP! HELP! Bluescreen!

I bought my computer about 6 or 8 months ago. It's an HP Pavilion a6720f. I added an HIS Radeon HD 4670 video card about a month ago (with a 600W power supply). It came with Windows Vista. Everything was fine until I tried to install Windows 7.

During installation, I got an error saying "buffer overrun" but when I addressed it, everything seemed to install just fine. Then I powered it up and I get a bluescreen error message about every 5 minutes. I can't figure out what's setting it off. The bluescreen doesn't stay up long enough for me to write down what it says, but when the computer reboots, it logged the error as follows:

Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.256.1

Files that help describe the problem:

Can anyone please help with this?
