Blue Screen when start up

    Malwarebytes is running.. after I post the results. tks for the attention, jonathan.

    Malwarebytes says: no one infected files.

    Hello,

    Try to reboot the PC in debugging mode and see if that works. Because most of the times the Debug mode will disable automatic reboot. Then post us the dump files.

    I'm doing it, but I stopped in Step 3. I dont know what I have to do in step 3 .. whats System Health Report?

    Hello,

    When your Computer starts to reboot press F8 on keyboard it will give you advance boot options Advanced Boot Options just run the Tool and Zip the output fines here.

    1. Click on the Start orb in the lower left of your screen

    2. In the Search programs and files box, type perfmon /report.

    3. You may have to go to the top of that window and click on perfmon/report. It will generate the report.
