Windows 7: Random BSOD at random times!

Random BSOD at random times!

Well I frequently get random BSOD's when I am surfing the net. I never download anything and am very careful when running .exe's.

I got one BSOD prior to creating this thread and then as I was creating it I got another!

Anyways, I have attached the dump files to this thread.
Thanks in advance to whoever chooses to help me

I wonder if Avira is causing the issue. Please remove it with this tool: http://www.avira.com/en/documents/ut...ninstXPeng.zip

Replace it with Microsoft Security Essentials: www.microsoft.com/Security_Essentials/

Also be sure to update your Realtek network driver:
Code:

Go to the computer manufacturer's site and download the latest version.

KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000008e)
This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
Some common problems are exception code 0x80000003. This means a hard
coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but this system was booted
/NODEBUG. This is not supposed to happen as developers should never have
hardcoded breakpoints in retail code, but ...
If this happens, make sure a debugger gets connected, and the
system is booted /DEBUG. This will let us see why this breakpoint is
happening.
Arguments:
Arg1: c0000005, The exception code that was not handled
Arg2: 8ae57ccc, The address that the exception occurred at
Arg3: 96090930, Trap Frame
Arg4: 00000000

Thanks for the help. About the realtek network driver, I went to my computer manufacturer's website and there isn't a driver for that. Here's the page where the specific model of my laptop took me to: Model Content Page.

Am I overlooking something over there?

Thanks again for the help
