Ok thanks I will run it in the morning..........Just out of curiosty did the latest BSOD files indicate a memory issue??
By not pointing to another cause, the dumps merely support the theory of bad RAM. Very rarely, if ever, do dumps actually point to RAM as the culprit.

Ok thanks back to doing the memtest in the morning at first boot......hopefully we find something................
Sorry I menat to mention this as well.............I looked at the Ram on the board it is ADATA DDR1600 Gaming Series it calls for 1.55 to 1.75 volts since this is at cold boot should we check the voltage to the Ram?? If so can you give me some guidance on how to accomplish that on my Motherboard............Asus P6T SE
Ok as planned I booted directly to Memtest86 this morning before booting to windows I definately got error messages from memtest. The question is how do you determine which ram dimm is causing the issue I dont see a way to print the memtest screen or capture it............Here are the latest files as well..........how do I proceed form here????
Remove all of your RAM except one stick. Run Memtest on that stick for at least seven passes. If it passes, remove that stick and test another in that same slot repeating this sequence until you have tested all of your RAM individually. If the first stick fails, move it to another slot and test it again. You want to make sure it is not the slot that is bad.
If all of your RAM passes, or even if it doesn't, take a stick that test good and test that stick in each RAM slot to make sure all of your slots are good. I know this is time consuming; but it is the only way to isolate the problem.
Post back with the results.
These are your last two dumps.

Thanks for the update.......according to the note on the first page I updated the ASACPI.sys file the other day the original file was dated 3/27/05 the current file I downloaded from ASUS and installed it is dated 5/14/09..........Ironically I had installed the latest file for my soundcard from Creative, however, windows update had a newer file available than on the Creative site so I downloaded and installed it as well.....now on to the tideous task of checking out the RAM I will let you know what I find...........thanks for your continued support.............
