STOP 0x0000008E: KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

Usual causes: Insufficient disk space, Device driver, Video card, BIOS, Breakpoint in startup without having a debugger attached, Hardware incompatibility, Faulty system service, 3rd party remote control, Memory
With only one crash dump, it's hard to say exactly what cause it. But let go step by step
The process running at the time of crash was ehshell.exe, which beling to Media Center. Actually I have seen this before and this can be caused by either device driver or the K-lite Codec (can be fixed by reinstall K-lite codec).

In looking through your drivers, I can see that you have many out of date drivers, please update them:
Code:
SaibVd32 SaibVd32.sys Tue Oct 28 10:56:06 2008 (49068D56)
 SaibIa32 SaibIa32.sys Tue Oct 28 10:56:02 2008 (49068D52)
SahdIa32 SahdIa32.sys Tue Oct 28 10:55:58 2008 (49068D4E)
pcouffin pcouffin.sys Tue Dec 05 21:39:53 2006 (457584B9)
hcwPP2 hcwPP2.sys Wed Feb 07 01:27:02 2007 (45C8C876)
FsUsbExDisk FsUsbExDisk.SYS Thu Sep 11 13:42:10 2008 (48C8BDC2)
eusk2par eusk2par.sys Thu Dec 18 16:13:15 2008 (494A142B)
aksfridge aksfridge.sys Mon Mar 12 22:55:15 2007 (45F577E3)
How To Find Drivers:
Quote:
- search Google for the name of the driver
- compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
- visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
- if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.
- - The most common drivers are listed on this page: Driver Reference
- - Driver manufacturer links are on this page: http://www.carrona.org/drvrdown.html

Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder or another ISO burning program. Boot from the CD, and leave it running for at least 5 or 6 passes. (This is important that I want you to do in the meantime because this crash can be either cause by drivers or drivers that cause Memory, the exception code c000005 is usually memory access violated).

Please remove any CD virtualization programs such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%. They use a driver, found in your dmp, sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs. Use this SPTD uninstaller when you're done: DuplexSecure - Downloads
