OK, a clean install. That ought to help us get to the cause.
There was one dump file and, unfortunately, it is corrupt and doesn't tell us anything. The error code is D1, device driver. I could not view the device drivers in the dump. We will have to wait for another dump.

ok, computer was running for 40 hours without any problems, but now 3min ago BSOD! take a look
This is a Driver Verifier enabled dump. It blames win32k.sys and MSN Messenger. Most likely , neither of these are the real cause. The dump also shows memory corruption. Turn of Driver Verifier and lets start troubleshooting by testing to your RAM. Running 40 hours with Driver Verifier enabled with only one BSOD is a pretty good sign. Let's see how it does with Driver Verifier turned off.
Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable
Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder or another ISO burning program. Boot from the CD, and leave it running for at least 5 or 6 passes. Errors will show up in red. Post your results and upload any new BSOD's
ok, i will leave this test AGAIN over night :) i've done this memory test for 2 times already... will tell you results in the morning. btw only thing that i am looking for on that test is some red lines?? when i decide to stop testing, on the bottom of the screen i have "no errors have been found" or something like that...
Yes, you are correct. No red lines - no errors. If you wish, you can skip Memtest for now and just use your system normally. That we can see if you get another BSOD. Make sure Driver Verifier is not enabled.

Your graphic card was blamed. Please download and install fresh copy of it. When upgrading your graphic driver you MUST remove all traces of the current driver. In order to do that we recommend using Guru3D - Driver Sweeper
When it is removed then download and install the fresh copy.

i already have latest ati driver 26.7.2010, there is NO newer driver for my card... i also have all those ATI utilities that i usually don't like to install and skip them while installing "driver only". do you suggest that i should delete driver and ati catalyst and reinstall it again?
Yes, I didn't know that you have done this before. But that what the DMP say and I have to suggest you what to do when I see that stop code and that driver blamed.
Do you have another video card you can use? Perhaps borrow one from a friend, or pinch one off another computer.
