Very good; keep us updated. You do need to care of those drivers.

ok, gpu driver installed 15 hours ago, still no bsod. is it possible that my bsod's was caused by gadgets? cause i had 2 bsods 3 days ago, when gadgets were ON. now without them computer runs very smoothly, 52 hours in a row! look at a pic

That is certainly a possibility. Sometimes the code for gadgets is poorly and sloppily written.

let me inform you. i have installed all of my usual software, 3-4 days ago, and have updated drivers! no bsod for 24 hours from last restart (needed after sound driver). gadgets are turned off, but the only gadget i was running anyway was that default clock :S... will try tomorrow with gadgets turned on. if i get bosd, its obvious what's wrong

all was fine for last couple of days, and then yesterday before going to sleep i decided to turn gadget on (only default clock) to see will my computer see daylight without crash. of course system froze after cca 3 hours of being idle (not BSOD, just froze so i had to restart him manually). now after restart i restored him to the yesterday's point that i made before turning clock on. system restored to that point, but anyway after 10min of work i got BSOD !!! take a look please, thank you

Your Realtek audio drivers should be updated: Realtek

Do a system files check. Open an elevated command prompt and run sfc /scannow.

Did you use a product key to activate your Windows 7 installation?

    KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000008e)
This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
Some common problems are exception code 0x80000003. This means a hard
coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but this system was booted
/NODEBUG. This is not supposed to happen as developers should never have
hardcoded breakpoints in retail code, but ...
If this happens, make sure a debugger gets connected, and the
system is booted /DEBUG. This will let us see why this breakpoint is
    happening.
    Arguments:
Arg1: c0000005, The exception code that was not handled
Arg2: 82e95d16, The address that the exception occurred at
    Arg3: a4f37868, Trap Frame
