Crash on sleep/resume...not consistent, error log:

Hello all , new to the forum, just getting this random crash on resume from sleep. Essentially one of three things happens when I resume the PC from sleep 1)works fine no problems 2)windows explorer crashes on resume 3)BSOD and restart It's probably about 1/3 chance of each. This is using build 7100 RC1 32bit on a Samsung Q310 with a Penryn 8600 processor, 4gb DDR3 RAM. Using RMClock for undervolting but it wasn't an issue in the beta so wondering what's changed ok I cant paste the event-log as trying to copy/paste is crashing it.... its a kernel-power critical error, anyway! Cheers

Zip up the memory dump files and upload them with your next post. They're usually located at C:\Windows\Minidump

Reset your BIOS to default values, and ensure that you have the latest version of the BIOS (this is no guarantee, but it may help). If the system doesn't crash then, then you've found your culprit.

Finally, most sleep errors occur due to video drivers. Get the latest version from the manufacturer of your video chipset (ATI, nVidia, Intel, etc) and install that. FYI - I'm having sleep issues with my system and am starting to think that it could be a bug in Windows 7 and it's ability to work with system BIOS's.
