First of all, please run system file check:
Open an elevated command prompt and enter sfc /scannow.
You might want to do a System Restore to restore the whole system to the time you could open the folder. Also, you might want to reinstall the printer driver though.

what i meant in the cant display content....lemme post a screenie thats what i meant nothing to do with the printer or thing its just a folder to display all connected hardware..i think

system restore is not an option. too much information on my pc and not enough memory to transfer them

You might want to perform a clean boot to see if it helps:

came back from the depth of the selective startup to even diagnostic startup...no luck... this is really getting to be a major problem...on a side note my bluetooth does not seems to be working (unable to connect although detectable by my phone) perhaps somthing to do with this problem? since all connected device are displayed in this folder

anyway the disk scan came back all clear(which was quite a headache since i have no leads to try and help solve the problem T . T)

DO you have spooler service on?
Verify that that the Print Spooler service, and all the services that it depends on, are correctly installed and running.

    • Open the Services Management Console (click Start, Run and enter services.msc).
    • Double-click the Print Spooler service to open its Properties window.
    • On the General tab, check that Startup type is Automatic.
    • Select the Dependencies tab.
    • Note all of the dependent services listed, then close the Print Spooler Properties window.
    • Repeat the above steps for the dependent services noted.

If any of the dependent services are missing or cannot be started, try uninstalling all installed printer drivers and then reinstalling them.

i highly doubt that this folder really concern printers...its just a name i think and anyway i have not install any printing device this problem started only recently and considering that i installed the printer....6-7 month earlier and that folder was working correctly it simplys display what is connected to the computer like say the mouse, keyboard, phone etc etc
in any case i tried what you suggest to no avail
