Have you done memtestx86 for at least 7 passes? 7 passes should take at least 9 hours
Please run these free stress tests. CPU & Video stress test
Try this free stress test: Free Software - GIMPS
    Prime95 Setup:
    - extract the contents of the zip file to a location of your choice
    - double click on the executable file
    - select "Just stress testing"
    - select the "Blend" test. If you've already run MemTest overnight you may want to run the "Small FFTs" test instead.
    - "Number of torture test threads to run" should equal the number of CPU's times 2 (if you're using hyperthreading).
The easiest way to figure this out is to go to Task Manager...Performance tab - and see the number of boxes under CPU Usage History
Then run the test for 6 to 24 hours - or until you get errors (whichever comes first).
The Test selection box and the stress.txt file describes what components that the program stresses.
Try this free video stress test: FurMark: VGA Stress Test, Graphics Card and GPU Stability Test, OpenGL Benchmark and GPU Temperature | oZone3D.Net
    FurMark Setup:
    - If you have more than one GPU, select Multi-GPU during setup
    - In the Run mode box, select "Stability Test" and "Log GPU Temperature"
Click "Go" to start the test
    - Run the test until the GPU temperature maxes out - or until you start having problems (whichever comes first).
    - Click "Quit" to exit
Based on what you describe, it's likely that this is heat issue, use speedfan to keep track of your computer temperature: SpeedFan - Access temperature sensor in your computer
no i just run memtest for only 1hour
    i'll try it for 9hours:)
    i'll try the free software

your .dmp files won't run in my windows debugger (latest version) ?

Is your install an upgrade from Vista ?

something I did notice in bluescreen view are these old drivers
    PxHelp20.sys 0x88ffa000 0x88ffebc0 0x00004bc0 0x3f9eb4ad 28/10/2003 19:25:49

    hamachi.sys 0x8eff9000 0x8effdc00 0x00004c00 0x499d362b 19/02/2009 11:36:27
PxHelp20.sys can be loaded by any of the following programs and needs to be removed
    Code:
    RecordNow!
    ESSSONIC
    Sonic RecordNow!/Sonic_PrimoSDK
    Dell Media Experience
    Pioneer RecordNow DX
    Sonic MyDVD/RecordNow!/RecordNow DX/MyDVD Plus/PrimoSDK
Microsoft Plus! Digital Media/Digital Image Suite

    OLYMPUS muvee theaterPack

sncduvc.SYS is for a USB Video Device by Sonix Technology Co Ltd but is not designed for use on anything beyond XP and really needs to be removed or disabled ?

these drivers could also be causing your system instability or crashes

hamachi.sys is an old driver for Logmein and is likely not compatible ?

    most importantly this driver
    sptd.sys 0x83e95000 0x83f88000 0x000f3000 0x4ad245ea 11/10/2009 21:54:02
is a driver used by Daemon Tools/ Alcohol 120 driver and known to be a card-carrying member of the BSOD club *warning!

do you have Daemon tools installed ?

let us know how it goes
no i dont install any upgrade from vista (i use win7 ultimate 32bit)

Please remove any CD virtualization programs such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%. They use a driver, found in your dmp, sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs. Use this SPTD uninstaller when you're done: DuplexSecure - Downloads

    UPDATE
i think driver is not the main problem because after i uninstall hamachi and daemon tools lite,it doesn't solve the problem and BSOD still come with same error when i play games
I'm very sure overheat is the main problem because the strange sound come only when the GPU temperature is about 96-98 celcius and the BSOD will come.even i play PSX game in Emulator,BSOD still come

this is my laptop temperature while run FurMark: VGA Stress Test, Graphics Card and GPU Stability Test, OpenGL Benchmark and GPU Temperature | oZone3D.Net and check it using fanspeed program

    chart
    in the beginning

    after about 6-8 minutes

note:my Asus A42JC(I5-430M) laptop have Nvidia optimus feature
(can switch between intel HD 4500 GPU and NVidia 310M GPU)

but the strange one is when i play "legend of the dragoon" in PSX emulator using Intel HD 4500 graphic GPU,it still run good and the GPU temperature still normal and not even hot.but when i run that game with Nvidia 310M GPU(same video setting)
it become very hot as ussual, and the BSOD come as ussual too

every time i run any application or game with Nvidia 310M GPU it become very hot
and about 96-98 celcius the strange sound will come and BSOD will appear but if i run the same program with Intel HD 4500 GPU the temperature is normal and not hot like Nvidia 310M(with the same setting and perfomance),its look like my Fan doesnt work when i use Nvidia 310M GPU.
when i check with Nvidia Inspector
the fan speed is 0% !

i just dont know how to be able change the fan speed setting because it cannot be clicked

and i already update to nvidia latest driver 258.96 and BIOS from 203 to 207
