i started WER as you recomment it, but didnt choose any startup type yet, because im unsure which automatic shall i use:
    automatic or automatic (delayed start)

in another forum we discovered that 1009900876SsTR is some kind of malware service in the msconfig services list.
it was on top of all with unknown manufacturer and status set to "stopped".
i unchecked the box next to 1009900876SsTR and restarted the pc.

but still i get random restarts from time to time and cant install starcraft 2

so we thought that it might be a soundissue (would this explain randomrestarts when no sound is in use? guess not but its worth a try).

anyways a guy said that i have to disable onboard audio in the bios, but im unsure which of my onboard device configuration is this onboard audio, so i made this map of my onboard device config. in bios (the option in bracktes is the other possible configuration):

    Onboard Device - Standard (Disable)
High Definition Audio - Enabled (Disable)
Front Panel Type - HDAudio (AC97)
JMicron eSATA/PATA Controller - Enabled (Disable)
    Realtek LAN - Enabled (Disable)
LAN Boot ROM - Disabled (Enable)
Onboard 1394 Controller - Enabled (Disable)

the other thing is that i have 2 devices listed und er "sound, audio and game controllers" in the device manager
ATI High Definition Audio Device and High Definition Audio Device

the same guy said that i should disable one of them, but im again unsure which of those is not necessary.
do i even need to disable one, because my friend has the same graphic card like me (except i have the oc edition and he the normal one) and he has no problems at all and also hase those 2 devices listed under "sound, audio and game controllers"

do you need a cpu-z log?

    automatic start, not delayed start.

But I'm going to bow out. There are too many cooks in the kitchen. bringt nur Schwierigkeiten mit.

Hi! I've got some very similar problems like Barackenkaempfe (I'm German, too). I've searched google about my PSU and came to this site. If you, Barackenkaempfe, read my post, please contact me via mail cweigel(at)cweigel.de. Maybe we find a solution...
    Have a nice day!
