This is pretty straight forward,The error appears to be caused by
e1k6232.sys. Looking on the net, it appears that this is a network card driver, please download and install fresh copy of it.
you can get more info from the Software Environment\System Drivers node of the msinfo32.exe utility and then look at the drivers in use under the Components node.
