Do you have Roboform installed? If so, uninstall it.

Also, type "sfc /scannow" in a command prompt

First, I am and have been a user of Roboform. Roboform has never interfered with any program on my system.

But since you don't have Roboform then the point is moot.

Roboform is primarily used to save and insert passwords. I am very fond of the program and can not consider not having on any of my computers.

Password Manager, Form Filler, Password Management | RoboForm Password Manager

As to you problem, I'm a little baffled.

Follow the advice you received regarding running sfc /scannow

    Run it twice.
