so awhile ago i was here and i was told how to reboot my laptop so that it is "fresh out of the box" its a toshiba 6 months old, and has windows 7...
i would like to reboot the whole thing, and erase all the viruses how do i do this?

Did you not get a restore disk with it, that should be the one that would restore it to it's default as when you purchased it

no i didnt get a restore dics theres another way to do it.... its something you press when you turn on the computer.... i just forgot what to do...
