    7 hangs on reboot

I see there are loads of different problems like mine but I still haven't found a fix.

When I logout/restart/shutdown Windows gets stuck on Logging Off. I have disabled all background processes and uninstalled every bit of software I have installed in the last 2 weeks and still I am getting problems. Event Viewer doesn't seem to say anything about a system hang either.

I have gone in to safe mode and it reboots fine but not normally. I thought maybe it was a service but I cannot disable them and reboot as I have to press the power button and when I load Windows back up the services are still loaded. I have also disabled everything is startup but it makes no difference.

Another thing that might be related is when I copy a file or folder to another area it doesn't show up right away, I have to refresh everything then it appears. Also application uninstallers hang too.
