Can you describe problem more in detail? I don't quite get what you meant
In the mean time, try to troubleshoot problem by reading this article, which give you generic advise:

When flying in FS9,the air traffic control voices sometime have a sound like a 'zzzzz' or a stuttering of their voice. Then sometimes the screen will lock up.And the sound will keep looping. Control-Alt-Delete does nothing,now does ESC. I have to Press the power button on the PC and restart windows.
I read up on this,and I use the Windows Event Finds,and I see I got this error with a red (!);
