Tnx for the response,

Even before I installed ESET, I still got BSOD'S, I've updated Magicdisk also.
When my pc is turned off for twelve hours, the "cycle of death" starts all over again.

I've enclosed the msinfo32 file.
Thnx in advance

I agree, it sounds like a RAM issue to me. Try running Memtest immediately after the machine has been off for 12 hours.

Ok thanks, I'll try to publish the results of the memtest as soon as possible .

I also have a request/question.

What if the problem is faulty RAM memory?
Judging my motherboard and cpu specs, can you help me with choosing memory that isn't faulty.

If the problem is actually bad DIMMS, all you can do is RMA them.

Here's some good RAM: Newegg.com - Crucial 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10600) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model CT2KIT25664BA1339
