Help me please, my PC is breaking up on me.

    Dear members,

Since 2 weeks after I formatted my PC (after formatting my PC 2 times whilst having the same issues, that I will point out later) I have several crashes, booting issues, BSOD's and hardware-display problems.

    Summary of problems:

    • Windows boots up after two times (first time screen becomes black after a few seconds after logging in)
    • Windows boots after hard reboot
    • Windows get's a BSOD after the first boot (0x0000003b stop message)
    • System classification shows absolutely no hardware or any ratings
    • Windows device manager shows absolutely no hardware devices
    • The devices and printers page only shows printers, but no device (such as keyboard etc..)
    • Google chrome crashes after half a minute or so (shockwave player error)

What Iดve tried to solve the problem:

    • Downclock my cpu to standard
    • Changed power scheme to performance
    • Memtest (64-bit)
    • Uninstalled and reinstalled my videocard drivers (after reinstalling drivers, videocard is not recognised, so now I'm stuck at max 1024x768 resolution setting)
    • Run a thorough and full system scan with an up-to-date Norton 360 virusscanner
    • Reset BIOS

    Can anyone help me, please?
I have worked hard in order to buy this PC.
It would be a pity if all that hard work would be for nothing.
I'd appreciate all the help I can get from you guys.

    Thanks in advance.

I've atached the dump files as a .zip file:

Hello ! Welcome to SF !

Seems like few things are going on with the PC. First uninstall DAEMON Tools Lite since it notorious for BSOD. Also lot of crashes with svchost.exe with Sysmain usually used by Internet security. I would recommend to uninstall Norton 360 for few days. Make sure you run the Removal Tool Download and run the Norton Removal Tool to uninstall your Norton product | Norton Support

Run a Hardware Diagnostic (Memory and Hard Drive) follow this link for instructions Hardware Diagnostic !! ซ Captain Debugger

    Update the Following Drivers

    Code:
    wdcsam64.sys Wed Apr 16 14:09:08 2008
    asusgsb.sys Thu Sep 27 18:44:50 2007
Follow this link Driver Troubleshooting !! ซ Captain Debugger

    Hope this helps,

Thank you very much for your advice Mr. Sparrow ;D,

I've removed Norton 360 (with the removal tool) and I've uninstalled Deamon tools lite.
Initially I thought my PC was fixed (because it was showing healthy signs, such as: booting up after 1 time and no BSODS), but after a few days I kept getting lots of BSODS.

Hereby I enclose my updated dumpfiles:

Update ESET to the latest version. A free upgrade for paid users.

Remove Daemon Tools Lite. It uses a driver, SPTD.sys, that causes crashes.

When you are done, remove SPTD completely with this tool: DuplexSecure - Downloads

Uninstall TuneUp Utilities, as it has been nown to cause crashes.

Update your ATI drivers to the latest version: Graphics Drivers & Software

    Hi guys,

I have tried everything you suggested me to do, but I still keep getting those effin BSOD's.

Since a few days after doing what Jonathan_King suggested to do, I am being bugged frequently with the Memory_Management BSOD.

Does it have to do with faulty memory?

    Hey guys,

First of all, my apologies for responding so late.
After doing everything you said, I'm still being bombarded with these BSOD'S.
I still get a BSOD after I boot first time (after approximately 12 hours), but for me it's an enigma that my computer boots up and works perfectly after the second boot.

I've enclosed the latest dumpfiles and health report.
    Thanks in advance.

I wonder if ESET is causing the problem, as one dump blamed it.

Update to the latest version: Best Free Antivirus Software Trial: Free Home, Business and Gaming Download from ESET

Update MagicDisc: Freeware MagicISO Virtual CD/DVD-ROM(MagicDisc) Overview

Strangely, the msinfo32 file was not saved in the report. In your next post, could you upload it manually?
    JK said:
Enter msinfo32.exe into the start menu, and press enter. Go to File>Save, and save a copy on your desktop. Right-click on it, and select Send to>New compressed folder. Then attach the file to your next post.
RAM is most likely the cause here. When you say "after approximately 12 hours", you mean the computer has been off for that long, right?
